well what I orginally though was a womans race turns out to be the junior mens race... man, whoever is on charge of the videos there... please get it together. ;-) Sorry for the mix up folks...

Nice (not) take down by the Colombians... take a peek just after 4:30 in the race. Almost looks on purpose to me.

Team USA does well in the 3000m Relays

Team USA - both the Mens team and Womans team placed in the 3000m Relay just now.

The men took away a Silver and the Woman a GOLD!!

Now the lame thing... I have NO IDEA who was on the relay teams... it only lists the country not the skaters involved in the relay which makes sense but not if you're rooting for a specific person hint, hint, nudge, nudge.. ;-)

Sara Sayasane - World Champ - 1000m Track

Well we all knew it was a matter of time, patience and being tougher both physically and mentally.. well the mental part not so much ;-)

Sara Today WON a GOLD MEDAL in the Womans 1000m Track Final today.
